Your mind struggles to slow down. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations from the day, or second-guessing decisions you have made. A lot of folks I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. But underneath this, there’s anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt.

I help folks understand what is going on underneath the anxiety and overwhelm they feel. It can feel scary to slow down, but working with the right person in doing this can help.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting folks heal from trauma, anxiety, and help parents navigate overwhelm.

I offer therapy in-person in Berkeley, as well as virtually for folks throughout California.
